Julia’s place was the perfect place for this family of 6. Having a pool with 3 kids was key and all the restaurants are walkable. Next time we are in the area we will stay again.

One of the best rentals we’ve ever booked! Very clean, comfortable, in a really nice area, great pool and hot tub, close to great restaurants. It’s outside of Sedona a little bit which we liked because the traffic isn’t so bad.

Julia’s place was perfect! We walked to delicious dinners, played pickleball, drove the Red Rocks Scenic Byway, and had everything we needed when returning to the AirBnB. I especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and linens!

Julia’s place was incredible. The location was perfect for exploring everything Sedona has to offer - amazing hiking, great restaurants, and endless natural beauty. We loved relaxing by the pool each afternoon, and the home itself was pristine with updated fixtures and every amenity you could need. Julia has truly thought of everything. We can’t wait to return!

This was the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed at!! The condo was extremely clean. Newly updated. Great amenities in the complex and the host was excellent in enabling us to use them with tons of towels for the pool and a complete set of pickleball equipment. Julia answered all of our questions and was proactive in the check-in and check-out instructions. We would recommend to everyone!!

We had a great stay and really appreciated this unit and the location. First, this is one of the few stays where the kitchen had sharp knives and quality cookware. I usually travel with my own kitchen kit and we didn't need it here. The unit was spotless and well-furnished and Julia communicated well. The location is great. We were mountain biking and were able to access many of our rides without driving. We also walked to several of the local restaurants for dinner. Definitely a five-star stay!

This is a great place. It is very pretty. It is spotless and you cannot tell a dog or a cat has ever stayed there. I was there with my husband and two sons all three very large adult men. We had tons of space everybody had a place to sleep super nice bedding, linens, bathrooms kitchen. The paddle ball and tennis courts are right out the door no waiting they have all the equipment you need the pool and the hot tubs were all super clean super nice. I was skeptical about staying at Oak Creek instead of downtown Sedona but now I’m so glad we did. It’s so much quieter. We walked to the grocery store. We walked to one of the best restaurants in Sedona, Dellepiane(sp?). Had a very short drive to some of our favorite hikes.. we made breakfast and ate on the lovely patio outside… I cannot recommend this place highly enough! And hosts were great too!

Julia and Billy were awesome hosts! We booked their place because we loved their listing. And when we actually got there, it confirmed why we booked their place. Julia was very responsive from the moment we booked their place. Her instructions on how to get to the place and how to get in were very detailed and precise. We had no issues at all. Their place was immaculate. They had lots of great amenities. Although we didn’t use many of the amenities around the property, we definitely would have if we had more time. We did love how the place was puppy friendly. One of our pups loved laying in one of the two dog beds in their place. We also loved how they provided lots of things (coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, dish soap, sponge, shampoo, conditioner, soap, snd lots of towels). The beds were so comfortable, and so was the furniture. We also loved all the food recommendations and things to do. When we are in Sedona again, we will definitely stay at Julia and Billy’s place.
