We had an incredible stay in Sedona! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet still close to hiking trails, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out seamless. We especially appreciated the small details that made the space feel welcoming and well cared for. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Sedona!

Beautiful home centrally located in the heart of Sedona and 5 minutes from the Sugar Loaf trail. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and tvs in each room, kitchen was well stocked and it was great to have amenities like laundry, hot tub, grill and campfire in the unit! Nicole and team were awesome hosts and checking in was a breeze with the smart door. One of our favorite stays on AirBnb!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here!!! We will be booking again for our next trip. It was very cozy, we loved the patio, pickleball and tennis courts, the hot tub, and we didnt use the pool but it was clean and easily accessible. The beds were extremely comfortable. walkable to grocery store, breakfast spits, wine bar, and ice cream shop! 10/10 recommend

Nicole’s large studio is spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet and close to many Sedona area attractions. The on-line description completely matches the experience there. Plus Nicole reaches out and is very communicative. Very highly recommended!

Thank you Matt! Your place was just what we needed. We drove from Ventura, CA and needed something that felt cozy. This was great. Sedona is beautiful and your place is private but located close to everything. Communication was fast. Definitely recommend to future guests. You won’t be disappointed!

My friends and I have stayed at Janine’s place for two years now. We love the location, the house is the perfect amount of space for us, and the hot tub is clean. Such a cute place!

Beautiful place. It’s very close to all the attractions and restaurants. Would def come back! Nicole was great as well and very quick to response to inquires/questions. Overall was very a good weekend getaway for us.

This place was amazing, from the space to the view I recommend this place to anyone traveling to Sedona. But even more amazing were the hosts who were very responsive and flexible. There was an issue that arose but they were not only quick to resolve it but also more than generous in rectifying the issue. I could not say anything bad about both the property and the hosts and again, recommend anyone thinking of traveling to Sedona to stay here. If I ever came back I would not settle for anything other than here.

Nicole’s was perfect for my two pups and l. The yard was perfect for my active patroller and the inside warm and cozy for my little ladybug 💓 We built a little fire in the wood burning stove and l photographed the stars at night from the backyard. We will be back☺️

Great location as we could ride to trails from complex. Lighting was dark coming into the complex and internally but that’s our personal preference. Both Julia and Billy were very responsive to any questions we had. Also good place to work from.
