Good to know
The apartment is on the first floor of a two story building. There are no stairs to access the apartment or inside. BEDROOMS There are two masters. Each bedroom has enclosed bathroom and a memory foam bed. Each bedroom has a tv. The bedroom with a queen bed also has a dedicated workspace. LIVING There is a queen pull out sofa bed. Please note that guests sleeping in living room will need access to one of the bathrooms located inside bedroom suites. KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Including baking sheets, wine glasses, cooking utensils and pots/pans, dinnerware, Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker

Pool is heated May 1 - Nov 1. Jacuzzi is heated all year round The club house is reservation only. Please let us know ahead of your arrival if you would like it to be reserved. A $200 reservation deposit is required Burning of any material inside the fireplace is strictly prohibited by the HOA Please review the House Rules thoroughly.
