All the hotel amenities without the hotel price! Enjoy this renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a pool opened year round, hot tub and clubhouse access. Open the slider to have your own private space with green grass and patio set. Tennis rackets and pickelball sets are available in the unit for your enjoyment. New comfortable beds and linens complete this home. King bed suite and queen bed suite with fast wifi.

*Please ensure you make as many reservations for restaurants and excursions as you can in advance. Sedona is also experiencing an employee shortage unfortunately. We want you to be able to do all the activities and enjoy all the restaurants that you can without being turned away. The property is strictly reserved for guest count that was stated at time of reservation. Please refrain from having gatherings and additional people join the group as we want to respect the neighbors and the space. Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time which includes the use of the pool and any of the condo amenities. If you are looking for a stay longer than 14 days please message me and we can set a a long stay cost discount. To access the clubhouse, you’ll need to fill out a short form and reserve a time slot. So I recommend doing that prior to arriving. Honestly, it can be a bit of a hassle, and since the only attraction there is the pool table we actually recommend going to other local places that have pool tables as well, but you will not have to stick to a strict schedule! Just ask if you want the names of these local places!
