This is a first floor apartment in a two story building. There are no stairs to access the apartment or inside BEDROOMS Both bedrooms have king memory foam mattresses. One bedroom has enclosed bath. Second bathroom access is shared with living room. There is a fold out twin memory foam bed. One of bedrooms has a dedicated workspace. Both bedrooms have a tv. A pack n play and high chair are always in the unit LIVING Comfortable sitting area with tv and dining seating six. Board games inside tv stand! KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including bake-wear, utensils, wine glasses, plastic glasses for pool use, Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker

The club house is reservation only. Please let us know ahead of your arrival if you would like it to be reserved. A $200 reservation deposit is required Burning of any material inside the fireplace is strictly prohibited by the HOA Please review the House Rules thoroughly. By booking this unit you are accepting responsibility to review and follow House Rules Pool is heated from March 1st to October 31st, it is kept at a maintenance temperature November-February.
