Keep it simple at this restful and family friendly home. This 3 bed-2 bath home is centrally-located in the desired West Sedona neighborhood. A literal 4 min drive to Tlaquepaque this home could not be in a better location for you to enjoy all that Sedona has to offer. Located near cafes, breweries, shops, restaurants, ATV/Jeep rentals, hiking, etc. In your free time soak in the outdoor hot tub or play ping pong. This cozy home will be the perfect retreat to enjoy all the wonders of Sedona.
Good to know
Relax, regroup and enjoy friends and family in this magical, centrally located 3 bed 2 bath West Sedona home. Lounge in your private, expansive back yard with yoga hut, hammock, fire pit, BBQ grill and lots of outdoor seating. There is a large front yard with adirondack chairs and porch with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee/tea or afternoon libations. Two living areas (there are a couple steps down to the second living room) and a dining area to spread out while you're in the house. Open kitchen with every utensil you need to prepare your meals. (Walking distance to Whole Foods.) Large main suite bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and stores a washer /dryer and a business station. There are a couple steps down to main suite bedroom from the second bedroom and a couple steps up to the main suite bathroom. Second bathroom has a large soaking tub (temperamental jets which are often challenging and at times impossible to turn on, but it is a nice deep tub!) and separate shower. All bedrooms have vanity/lighted makeup mirrors. Garage houses a ping pong table and lounge area. View of Thunder Mountain from the yard (not the best view especially when all the trees have leaves, but definitely within view).

Monthly rentals available upon request. Please make sure you read house manual and are clear and okay with all the guidelines provided. No pets allowed: this is an allergy free/dander free home. Brand new flooring throughout the home. *I love good guests, and repeat guests, and front end offer good guests a 10% discount to return to my property. Just let me know in advance of your next booking and I’ll lower the price.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, enjoy the convenience of the desirable central location of my home. It’s an easily walk to restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails, vortex sites, galleries, Whole Foods and more. Minutes from Uptown and Tlaquepaque by car. Easy access to explore the area: old town Cottonwood, Flagstaff, Jerome, Painted Desert and the Grand Canyon are all easy day trips!
Guest Access
We conscientiously disinfect all living places between guests. Guests have access to entire indoor and outdoor space, laundry room, tour info, hiking maps, hiking poles, binoculars, extra blankets, towels, kitchen, books, games, TV with Roku (Netflix, HBO Now, Hulu & Amazon Video), DVD player with movies. Free Wifi available throughout house. There is a business station with a printer and desks available for your use as well. PLEASE be sure to read the online house manual.
