Good to know
Please note: there is an electric heat-through water heater. While it is perfectly good for shower, it cannot keep up with water pressure to fill up the bath tub. The unit is on the first floor of a two story apartment building. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bars and grocery store within a mile radius, most of them are within an easy walking distance. Bell Rock hiking trails are a mile away. Community areas: you can enjoy the pool, grills, outdoor dining, basketball court Parking is right outside the door, so it’s very convenient and close!
