Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Quiet, quaint neighborhood. One of only 8 dark sky communities world wide to enjoy star gazing. The rental home is in West Sedona, my favorite area in our community. All within 2 miles you will find 2 theaters , 4 grocery stores, the pubic library, the 2 public parks, public tennis courts, community pool, 3 yoga studios, a variety of restaurants and cafes, a couple of art galleries, coffee houses, a gluten free bakery, professional buildings and gas stations. The Harkins 6 Theater and the Mary D. Fisher Sedona International Film Festival Theater are within walking distance where almost every night you can view an exciting movie or documentary. Also in West Sedona, you will find one of Sedona's best hiking trails just a short distance to the National Forest. There is also great mountain biking trails at the end of the street.

Great access to the SugarLoaf trail only 1 block away. Loved the hot tub and the firepit. It was great sitting outside and enjoying the stars. The house was huge and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. I appreciated the fact that the house is pet friendly for a nominal fee. I loved being so close to the grocery store (Basha's is only a mile away) and being in the center of everything Sedona has to offer. We had a great weekend and I would absolutely recommend staying here again!!

What a wonderful stay! The house was pristine and exactly as described. Gorgeous hikes minutes away (some that you can walk to) followed by a wonderful soak in the hot tub. The location is fantastic with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. 10/10!

"The Sugarloaf Shack" in Sedona was exactly as described and pictured. Martina and Billy were awesome communicators and gave the best local advice for site seeing and dining for us out-of-towners. So many amenities that made the stay nice and easy, not to mention super comfortable beds and linens. Staying at the base of amazing red rock mountains in the heart of Sedona with trails within 2 blocks walking distance, and so many more easily available and close by, was the BEST!

Martina’s Sugarloaf Shack was a comfortable and peaceful stay for my wife and our dog’s first trip to Sedona. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the Thunder Mtn trailhead which we walked to each morning. From the bed to the bathrooms and well appointed kitchen, we felt right at home. The hot tub was a real treat after a day of exploring. We would definitely rebook. Thank you, Martina! Happy Valentine’s Day!
